Happy Birthday, Anna Beth!

Today my first born is nine years old! Wow! Today is all about her. She started with her favorite breakfast...Shipley's donuts. Then she got dressed in her new outfit from Mr. Johnny and Mrs. Reba Jane...picked out by Mrs. Reba Jane, of course. Her daddy picked her up at 11:00 for their lunch date. When lunch is over she and a friend, Chloe Skidmore, will go to Nails 2000 for a manicure and pedicure. She is so excited about that.

Locks of Love

Today Anna Beth had 10 1/2 inches of hair cut off for "Locks of Love." Locks of Love is an organization that uses real hair to make wigs for children who have lost their due to certain types of diseases like cancer. You must have 10 inches to make a donation. Anna Beth learned about this program when Rocky's youth intern donated her hair to the organization. We thought it would be fun to show you our before and after pictures. Anna Beth is very excited about her new haircut but more than that she is excited that a child will get to use her hair.
